Moules Frites
The classic French dish with an English twist, Mussels, garlic, shallots, parsley with English cider and cream. Served with bread and triple cooked chips

Butternut squash & sage risotto (VG)
Arborio rice cooked with white wine, house stock and roasted butternut squash purée, topped with crispy sage and chunks of roasted squash

Classic beef burger
Made with two seasoned, British beef patties, topped with home made pickles, “wyg Mac’ sauce, English cheddar and streaky bacon

Slow Cooked BBQ ribs
Rack of pork ribs marinated in chefs secret blend of spices, glazed in a hickory BBQ sauce, served with side salad, pickles and triple cooked chips.

Desserts

Sticky toffee Pudding
Served with salted caramel ice cream

Apple and Gooseberry Crumble (VG)
With your choice of ice cream or custard. Please note, if you have custard, this is no longer vegan
